From initial free consultation, through to planning and the build itself. We take care of everything for you.
On initial enquiry, we will contact you to ascertain whether a conversion is possible. Our team of designers will then visit your property at a time that is convenient for you, to discuss your options and requirements.
Once you are happy with the proposal, we will arrange for a site survey to be carried out, and architectural and structural designs will be put in place to gain planning and building regulations applications.
The construction and project management of the project itself will then commence.
We will also have frequent site meetings with you throughout your loft conversion, to ensure the smooth running of your project. As most people dislike having builders in their home, during your conversion, the majority of works will be carried out through the roof access point, which protects your home and minimises disturbance to you.
Finally we will arrange for building control to inspect and provide a completion certificate for your loft conversion.
