We complete our projects using a six stage plan which enables us to work as efficiently as possible.

Stage 1

Initial design. Once agreed, full architectural and structural designs are submitted to local authority. Once approved, we will erect the scaffolding, existing water tanks moved, steel beams installed and new floor joists constructed.

Stage 2

Velux windows installed. If dormer required, then dormer shell constructed. If Gable needed then gable wall built up as per plans. Flat roof constructed.

Stage 3

First instillation of electrics, plumbing and heating.

Stage 4

Ceiling taken down above existing stairwell. New stairs fitted. Plasterboard and smooth plaster finish to underside of stairs.

Stage 5

Partition walls erected, Insulated and plastered. Second installation of electrics, plumbing and heating.

Stage 6

Carpentry work completed including architraves, skirtings and doors. Smoke alarms fitted. Final visit from local authority building control.
